Quenching tanks consist of quenching oil tanks (quenching oil tanks) and quenching water tanks

 (quenching water tanks). Quenching oil tanks are generally classified as open or sealed, depending 

on their sealing characteristics.

This rapid, automatic hydraulic quenching tank is designed for rapid hydraulic quenching. Compared 

to previous open quenching tanks, it offers better oil temperature control. It features an automatic 

unloading quenching platform, allowing workpieces to drop into the oil pool quickly—2.5 times faster 

than conventional cranes—significantly reducing the time workpieces spend in the air, ensuring consistent

 quenching and cooling. Medium agitation devices located above and below the oil pool ensure uniform

 medium temperature and flow within the effective quenching zone, minimizing workpiece deformation

 and achieving uniform quenching hardness. The oil pool lid automatically closes when the workpiece reaches

 the top, eliminating fire hazards in the heat treatment industry and significantly improving fire safety 

standards. In the event of a large open flame within the oil pool, nitrogen spray pipes are located around

 the top of the oil pool to extinguish it promptly.
