ALLWEILER Single Screw Pump

ALLWEILER single screw pumps (also known as eccentric screw pumps or progressing cavity pumps) are one of the core product lines of the German company ALLWEILER. Founded in 1860, ALLWEILER is Germany's oldest pump manufacturer and one of the world's top ten industrial pump manufacturers. Its single screw pumps are renowned for their smooth, pulsation-free delivery, low wear, and long service life, and are widely used in petrochemical, wastewater treatment, food processing, papermaking, and metallurgical industries.

The core working principle of a single screw pump is that a metal rotor rotates eccentrically within an elastic stator (usually made

of rubber), forming a continuous sealed cavity that smoothly pushes the medium from the inlet to the outlet. This structure allows

it to easily handle high-viscosity media, media containing solid particles, or fibrous materials, making it particularly suitable for

complex operating conditions where other pump types struggle.

Brand Positioning: ALLWEILER single screw pumps, with their modular design and extensive range of options, cover a wide range

of needs, from metering dosing to large-scale industrial transport. Combined with ALLWEILER's proprietary ALLDUR® stator

technology, service life can be extended by up to 500%, offering significant advantages in long-term operating costs.

ALLWEILER Single Screw Pump  Core technical advantages

1. Smooth and pulsation-free transportation

The unique spiral structure design of the single-screw pump can realize continuous, smooth and pulsation-free transportation of

media, ranging from low-viscosity liquids to high-viscosity materials. This feature makes it especially suitable for processes that

require high flow stability, such as metering and dosing, food filling, etc.

2. Excellent media adaptability

ALLWEILER single screw pumps are the "universal solution" for cross-scenario applications and can handle almost all fluids at

pressures up to 48 bar, even fibrous and solid particulate materials. Media types that can be processed include:

High viscosity fluids (up to 1,000,000 mPa·s)

Media containing solid particles or fibers (solids content up to 60%)

Highly abrasive media (with ALLDUR® stator)

Neutral or corrosive media

3. Modular design, universal spare parts

ALLWEILER single screw pump adopts modular design, which can significantly reduce users' spare parts inventory and reduce

operation and maintenance costs. It also provides two driving installation methods, bearing frame type and direct-coupled type,

and can choose various driving methods such as gear reduction motor, mechanical stepless speed regulation motor or variable

frequency speed regulation.

4. ALLDUR® stator technology – life extended by 500%

ALLWEILER's self-developed ALLDUR® stator is one of the core competitive advantages of its single screw pumps:

Technical characteristics Description

Service life can be extended by up to 500% compared to traditional stators

Wear resistance Excellent wear resistance, especially suitable for highly abrasive media

Honeycomb structure Innovative honeycomb surface design reduces hydrodynamic resistance and improves efficiency

Temperature range -30 °C to +100 °C

Reduced internal friction: Compared with traditional solutions, internal friction is reduced by up to 500%, optimizing starting and

running torque.

ALLDUR® stators pump media safely and cost-effectively over a wide temperature range and can continue to be used even if

partially damaged without further damage.

5. OPTIFIX™ Rapid Maintenance System

The OPTIFIX™ series is a single screw pump designed by ALLWEILER for efficient maintenance and has the following outstanding

 advantages:

Maintenance time is only 1/3 of traditional pumps: the patented zero-clearance short-axis connection and high-quality universal

joint design greatly shorten the time required to maintain, repair or upgrade the pump body.

Replacement of the stator and rotor without dismantling the pipes: Special disassembly tools allow core components to be replaced

without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipes, achieving the best mean time to repair (MTTR) among similar products

Spare parts preparation time reduced by 60%: Ready-to-use replacement kits further speed up maintenance processes

No risk of contamination: Optimized sealing technology effectively prevents leakage and completely eliminates the risk of

contamination during disassembly and assembly.

6. Energy and maintenance cost savings

The ALL-OPTIFLOW® series can achieve energy cost savings of up to 15% and maintenance cost savings of up to 15% under

the same working conditions through optimized hydraulic design.
