The MAAG flexinox™ is a corrosion-resistant conveying device that meets the stringent quality requirements 

of today's chemical processing industry. Its three-piece construction facilitates maintenance and replacement

 of internal parts, such as gears and bearings. The pump can be heated electrically or liquid-heated. With a 

wide range of components and materials available, MAAG gear pumps can be configured to meet specific 

customer requirements, significantly exceeding standard gear pumps in terms of performance and reliability.

The MAAG FQ "Quick Clean" version has been released for production facilities that require constant cleaning 

and purging of conveyor lines at the end of each batch, for example, when using different colors or additives. 

The pump can be quickly disassembled without removing the drive shaft from the drive motor and seals.

This feature can also be added to existing pump series with the optional FQ kit, or the FQ model can be selected directly.

The FQ version allows changes in production and maintenance methods without compromising desired operating 

characteristics. It offers high flexibility and functionality, and is easy to maintain and replace parts.
