Rotan pumps primarily transport media including asphalt, isocyanates, heavy oils, organic acids, soap nuts,
sludge, fatty acids, alkaline substances, caustic soda, water, polymers, soap, shampoo, animal fat, rapeseed oil,
chocolate, and other specialty fluids.
Rotan pumps offer advantages such as compact size, light weight, low pulsation, low noise, smooth operation,
strong self-priming performance, and long service life, solving the difficult problem of transporting viscous media.
Product Features:
1. Optional Connection Options: Flange or threaded connections are available, tailored to the user's needs,
providing enhanced flexibility and efficiency.
2. Optional Component Materials: Component materials can be selected based on the media, enabling the
transport of a variety of corrosive media.
3. High Safety: A safety valve can be installed. When the pump or piping system overpressures, the valve opens,
creating internal backflow and ensuring system safety.
Operating Principle: An internally toothed drive gear (external rotor) drives the internal rotor to rotate in the same
direction within the fully enclosed pump body. A crescent plate between the pump body and the front cover
separates the suction and discharge ports. When rotating, negative pressure is formed at the suction port, the
liquid is sucked in, and the rotor brings the liquid to the discharge port, where it is discharged from the pump
body under pressure, completing the liquid transportation.
